CM-400 is a fully automated analyzer intended for the quantitative analysis of the components from human bodily fluids in clinical diagnosis. It is characterized by open reagents, discrete system, emergency priority, random access and an external computer. Operators should read the manual and be familiar with its functions before operating the instrument.
The analyzer consists of the main instrument and the computer. The main instrument is composed of an optical system, reaction system, sample adding system, reagent adding system, cleaning system and mixing system，and the electrolyte module is optional.
This analyzer is intended for the quantitative analysis of chemical components in human serum, plasma, whole blood, urine, and cerebrospinal liquid samples.
Directly heated System, faster heating speed, decreased preheating time, dry heating method, reaction cuvettes is kept at (37.0±0.2)cC by the thermostat System via dry heating.
High-precision injector, internally and externally polished sampling probes, liquid volume tracking and level détection, précisé sampling volume, minimum 2pL sample volume, minimum 120pL reaction volume, CV<2%.
Intelligent Online Loading System
The reagent can be loaded online during testing process. Adopts compressor refriger-ation system, maintenance period up to more than 3 years, which reduce the probability of
refrigeration repair.
Intelligent whole probe stereo cleaning tech-nology makes sample probe thoroughly clean- ing, and the contamination rate is less than 0.05%. First 2 washing stages by washing solution, last 4 washing stages by pure water. Designed anti-overflow function can prevent
liquid from spilling over.
