Description

The horizontal cabinets DRS-215 line, designed to store and dry endoscopes and TEE probes, is the innovative and dynamic solution for the proper aseptic storage of instrument up to 800 hours, up to 10 flexible endoscopes and TEE probes of any brand and model. As class I medical devices, it is designed to grant complete conformity to EN 16442, maintaining, in each condition, the correct pressure of sterile air inside the storage drawers, avoiding the risk of environmental contaminations.
The comfortable work surface and its 10 independent drawers allow a versatile use of the system as well as reducing cross infection risks. This is also thanks to the innovative patented cold plasma system that defeats potential viral and bacterial contaminations which occur during load and unload of instruments. The system performs a fast drying through heated air (maximum 32°C) granting high-level performances, this is also thanks to HEPA filter 0,2 micron and a filter for viral retention 0,003 micron of the drying line of endoscopes channels. Two versions are available with different storage capacity, that is DRS-215 at 10 positions and DRS-215-B5 at 5 positions. Air-heated version (TV) All our cabinets, DRS-215 line are available in 5 or 10 positions in TV version, without tracking but with the only air-heated system.

Founded in 2007 Medical Devices Group Srl is based on the proved experience of professionals of the medical devices field, it followed the steps of the previous AMD company.

MDG ensures ISO:9001 quality to clients, as obtained in 2010 by the certifying organization TUV SUD, thanks to its own manufacturing plant for the production of different products focused on the endoscopic sector.
The Headquarters
On 2013 the Company new headquarters opened in the industrial area of Ravenna better known as Fornace Zarattini with a 240 square meters building in use for all the offices, production area, a laboratory and a warehouse.

Through its sales network Medical Devices Group srl covers all the areas selling medical devices for Hospitals, Rest Houses and Private Clinics. In 2012, it started to import products from two German Companies, manufacturers of ausilium and anti-decubitus systems. Thanks to this partnership Medical Device Group srl is their importer in Italy.
Service department
Due to the great capacity and skills of the service department technicians, Medical Devices Group is a service center focused on maintenance and technical support for different brands of the Italian market. Their long time experience permits them to work on equipment belonging to the sanitary sector for dialysis and water treatment for clients of the public and private healthcare system.
Production department
Due to the technical competences and professional qualities Medical Devices Group is the leader in its area for the production of different medical devices all CE certificated and registered at the Italian Minister of Public Health.
