We are an ODM, Original Device Manufacturer, rather than a reseller which means that we design our products in accordance with your needs. We provide extensive customization of our products to our customers including designing products just for you. This is in direct contrast to many companies that only resell other manufacturer's products and do not have the ability to customize a computer to meet specific requirements.
Our healthcare computers are medical grade with an antimicrobial housing and 60601-1 certified against electrical and radiation hazards to patients. Most of our medical computers are IP65 so that they can be thoroughly disinfected without injury to the computer's electronic components or housing.
Our medical computers are manufactured with industrial grade components in order to withstand 24x7 use in rough conditions. Our computers have a less than 2% fail rate and generally function for 5 - 7 years without failing. It is this ability to endure the rough and tumble conditions in healthcare settings and still function properly that sets our healthcare computers apart from our competitors.

Our most recent product, the CyberMed NB24 medical cart computer, powers itself and peripherals. This is the first medical computer of its kind. Another recent innovative product is the CyberMed Rx Rugged Medical Tablet. It is the first medical tablet with a completely antimicrobial exterior including the touchscreen. We are at the forefront of new technologies and innovations in the medical technology space.
Cybernet is committed to providing the best customer support possible. We have a shipping time of 7 - 10 business days, on average, for most of our products. New products and highly customized products will often take longer because we don't have them in stock. However, most manufacturers and resellers in our space take 6 to 8 weeks to ship when we ship in 7 - 10 business days.
